The Comfort Club ID, your personal membership card of Club Business. With your Comfort Club ID, you not only benefit from numerous business advantages, but also pay easily in cashless form in and around Jan Breydel. What and how? We will explain it to you step by step.
BUSINESS ZONE
The Business Zone in the Club app is the heart of your Comfort Club ID. As a Club Business member, it not only gives you access to unique content and benefits, such as the Business News, the Business Network or the Business Merchandise, it also allows you to easily manage your Comfort Club IDs. Download(iOS or Android) or open the Club app, log in with your business account, click on 'Menu' and go to 'Club Business'.
CHECK SALDO?
Business Zone found? Fantastic! You can now easily check the remaining balance on your various Comfort Club IDs. Go to 'Comfort ID' and get an overview of all your Comfort Club IDs and the corresponding balance.
LOADING MONEY?
Found Comfort Club IDs, but no money on your cards yet? That's just a few clicks away using the Club app. Press 'Load money', select the Comfort Club ID you wish to load, choose your amount and pay immediately.
You can also easily recharge your Comfort Club ID at any time via the QR code on the back of your card (Payconiq or Bancontact) or at the recharge machine in the entrance to the lodge building (VISA, Mastercard, Bancontact).
TRANSFER MONEY?
Transferring money between your Comfort Club IDs is also child's play in the Club app. Navigate to one of your Comfort Club IDs, press 'Transfer' and choose which card you wish to transfer the balance to. A few seconds later, the money is already on your card of choice.
Please note that transferring money between cards is reserved for admins. Don't see the 'Transfer' button appear? Then you most likely do not have admin rights at your company.
BLOCKING CARD?
Lost your Comfort Club ID? Don't panic, you can now block the Comfort Club ID of your choice yourself in the Business Zone of the Club app. Choose your Comfort Club ID and click on 'Block'. It couldn't be easier!
FORGOT YOUR CARD?
Ready for the match at Jan Breydel, but forgot your Comfort Club ID in the car, on the kitchen table or in the train? No problem, we will provide you with a temporary Blue Card at one of our recharge points so you can always enjoy a snack and a drink on match day without any worries.
