After a year and a half without our supporters and a few months with a Fort Jan Breydel 'light', on 22/08 it is finally here: The Jan Breydel Stadium swings open its doors to all subscribers. Time for all of us to once again shout the 'We Are Bruges' after the match or roar 'Ruud Ruud Ruud' at a corner kick. Here's what we already know about "the big return.
Every subscriber will be checked twice before entry:
Control 1: Covid Safe Ticket (printed or in the Covid Safe App) + identity card. When can you enter the Jan Breydel Stadium?
- You have a vaccination certificate: you have been fully vaccinated for more than 2 weeks;
- you have a recovery certificate of less than 6 months (11 days after and max 180 days after positive PCR test);
- you had a PCR test taken, with a negative result: validity = day of test plus 2 days;
- you had a rapid antigen test taken by medically trained personnel, with a negative result: validity = day of test plus 1 day.
- You are younger than 12
The Covid Safe ticket is required by the federal government and is available to everyone. If you do not have a Covid Safe Ticket and therefore cannot attend the match, this match does not count as a missed match. All info about the Covid Safe Ticket can be found here.
Control 2: Your match ticket: Your E-Ticket printed or on your smartphone.
Since there is a double check we ask all supporters to come to the match on time. The earlier you come, the smaller the chance of a long queue. So avoid missing kickoff and come to Bruges well in advance!
For the time being, we are not yet allowed to admit visiting supporters and there are no free sales. So our supporters cannot support us on the road either.
In short: come on time, bring your identity card, Covid Safe Ticket and match ticket and let Fort Jan Breydel once again shake to its foundations. We are looking forward to welcoming you all again in a safe way!
