After a well-earned break, Blauw-Zwart will head to Marbella, Spain on Saturday 3 January for their winter training camp. The players will remain there until Friday 9 January, using the trip to gear up for the second half of the season. Supporters will be able to follow the camp closely from 3 January via the club’s social media channels.
On Saturday 3 January, the players will report back for the first time in the new year at Basecamp before travelling on to Zaventem Airport for their flight to Malaga. There will be no easing back in on Spanish soil, with the boots going on straight away for a first training session later that afternoon.
During the Marbella camp, Ivan Leko’s side will train roughly twice a day. To round off preparations for 2026, Club Brugge will take on Austrian outfit Sturm Graz in a friendly on Thursday 8 January at 15:00. The match will be open to the public.
The squad returns to Belgium on Friday 9 January, with competitive action resuming shortly after. A cup tie away to Charleroi follows on Tuesday 13 January, before Blauw-Zwart welcome La Louvière at home in the league on Friday 16 January.
