How does N-Ice Clean proceed? Before starting the cleaning process, the printing press is disassembled piece by piece. All parts are carefully scrutinized and checked for damage, defects or flaws. After a thorough inspection, the real work begins: cleaning the printing press with dry ice. By blasting the press with CO2 dry ice at a temperature of -78.5 °C, all ink residues and other contaminants disappear like snow in the sun and the parts appear as new. Finally, the machine is manually re-cleaned, powder-coated and carefully reassembled and packed, ready for transport!
