Maarten Van Dromme from HR Magazine, Peter Verbiest from Bonka Circus, Thomas Dewinter from Konvert and Marijke Boeckx, HR Manager at Blauw-Zwart, taught us all about the trends and structural solutions that are necessary to respond to the shortage on the labor market. In addition, our speakers showed how original purpose and employer branding can be invaluable in the search for new personnel.
